Monthly contact lenses can be worn as many times as you require throughout 30 days before they should be disposed of, however, due to their extended lifetime, they do require a certain level of maintenance to ensure they remain clean and hygienic. Extended wear contact lenses should be gently rinsed after each wear using a sterile lens solution before storing them in a contact lens case in a fresh lens solution.
