Our Opening Hours

Please note that our Customer Services team is closed during weekends and bank holidays. We aim to answer all tickets within 1-2 business days. Please ensure that you only submit 1-ticket per query as this may slow down your response.

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 16.30 pm GMT
  • Sat to Sun: CLOSED

If you require assistance outside of customer service hours please submit a support ticket via email with one of the channels listed above.

  • How can I track my order?

After we have received payment and dispatched your order you will receive your tracking number via email. You can also find this information by logging in to your customer account or contacting customer service.

  • I can’t get through by telephone.

If you are unable to reach us via telephone, our lines may be extremely busy. In the event of this situation, please submit an email ticket to us directly.

  • Do you have any offers or discount codes?

  • How much of my order can I change?
